Questions about becoming a coach and working for ABA
I do not have a Visa to stay in New Zealand, Can ABA apply for a Visa for me?
ABA only hires people who are eligible to work in New Zealand, ABA does not apply Visa for candidates.
I do not have any coaching experience, can I still apply to be a coach?
Of course, experienced coaches will be considered first, but it does not mean we are not accepting new coaches, but at least, you need to be a good player first.
I do not have my own vehicle, can I take public transport to deliver my coaching service?
We recommend our coaches to have their own vehicle, as our coaching locations across everywhere in Auckland, especially central and east Auckland.
How often does ABA pay me?
ABA pay our coaches once a month, normally in the first week of the following month, coaches are required to fill out their Timesheet on time
Can I do private coaching at ABA?
Only qualified coaches who are delivering programs for ABA have permission to do private coaching at ABA, all coaches need to follow ABA coaching rules.
