BADMINTON IN SCHOOLS

Auckland Badminton offer many opportunities for children across the region to be involved in badminton activities. Below is a summary of our programs offered for Primary, Intermediate and Secondary schools. SCHOOL COACHING

Auckland Badminton offers a range of coaching and experiences for schools by our qualified coaches.

Whether you're looking for a coach for your college sport team(s), an introduction session for your students to badminton, support and delivery of a badminton module within your physical education program or any other badminton experience contact Amanda our Community Manager at community@aklbadminton.com to see how we can assist your school.   

SCHOOL BADMINTON CLUBS

Auckland Badminton offers a Central School Badminton Club at their Gillies Ave stadium for school students of all ages looking for the oppurtunity to play with other students throughout each term.

VENUE AVAILABILITY

Auckland Badminton are looking for venues across central and east Auckland to run our programs and competitions for junior and youth. If your school has a venue available for us to use please get in touch with Amanda at community@aklbadminton.com

ZONE DAYS

Local primary and intermediate schools participate in zone days held in different areas of the Auckland region.

COLLEGE SPORT

Auckland Badminton hosts College Sport competitions and tournaments in term two and three. 

Schools can enter teams with College Sport into the grades on offer for boys and girls - Premier and Reserve (Wednesdays), Advanced and Social (Monday-Friday) at multiple locations in Central and East Auckland. The grades give players of all abilities from new to representative the oppurtunity to play with other students of their level.
