The BWF Shuttle Time Teacher Award is is an entry level course which provides participants with the basic skills they require to begin their coaching journey. During the course participants will learn about both badminton specific coaching, but also generic coaching principles. The course is ideal for students, parents, teachers and club volunteers.

The BWF Shuttle Time Youth Leader Award is the same as the Teacher Award with the addition of participants being placed in a coaching programme in which an experienced coach will support your development. Certification will be awarded to SYLA participants following the completion of the coaching programme.
