The Auckland Badminton Association (ABA) is proud to be working alongside Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei on an exciting new sports, recreation, and Hauora centre in Central Auckland where ABA, allowing access to more Badminton Courts in Central Auckland. This state-of-the-art facility will feature at least eight badminton courts with ample free parking, creating significant opportunities for community, representative, and club programs.

Once the centre is completed, this partnership will enable ABA to expand its reach, allowing more people across Tāmaki Makaurau to enjoy badminton in a world-class venue.

Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei’s updated design is currently open for public consultation as part of their lease application process. At this crucial stage, we need your support to ensure that Badminton is high on the priority list for this new venue!
